Had a wonderful experience here after an unplanned visit in the area. I wandered in after spending some time in Chanel to be greeted by Maggie K. Can I just say — she was soooo kind! I mentioned something in passing and she picked up on it right away even though my husband had her busy looking at various timepieces. She managed to take care of his needs and circle back to me (hello multi-tasker!) She definitely made the drive up on a rainy day worth it. Looking forward to stepping back in with a new wishlist!

What an amazing experience, key word being “experience.” As soon as we walked in, Chris Ortiz greeted us with a warm smile and a great personality. He helped guide me to figure out exactly which time piece worked with what I was looking for and led me to one I hadn’t even thought of to start. Maggie is the best!! Not only did she help me pick out jewelry for my significant other’s birthday, but shortly after was able to help me obtain my dream watch. The communication and customer service was top-notch and I genuinely enjoyed going into the store just to check in and see everything available. Will certainly be coming back!
